RESERVATION PAYMENT

•  5% of the reservation total will be charged once a reservation has been finalized. An additional 45% of the reservation total will be charged 13 days prior to the reservation check-in date. The remainder of the reservation total will be charged 1 day prior to the reservation check-in date.

CHECKING-IN

• Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm daily. “Late check-in” is by appointment only and is from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. There are no check-ins past 8:00 pm. Please let us know one day in advance or ASAP if you will be needing a “late check-in.” Contact us at (435) 879-9076 or [email protected].
• To check-in, please go straight to your room at the Crescent Moon Inn, located at 1504 Crescent Moon Trail, Ivins UT. There are no on-site check-in facilities. The Crescent Moon Inn is a self-serve inn.

BOOKING

• The Crescent Moon Inn “Peak Season” is September 1 through May 31.
• To confirm your booking, a credit card number is required (which is charged up to 48 hours prior to your check-in date) or pre-payment in full by check is required.
• You will receive a confirmation by email (or postal mail if requested) when your booking is completed. Please refer to Reservation Cancellation Policy.

POLICIES DURING YOUR STAY

• All rates assume double occupancy, 2 people per room (unless other arrangements are made with management).
• You are responsible for and shall reimburse the Crescent Moon Inn for any damage, loss or liability incurred to the property by yourself and any of your guests during your stay.
• You will not hold the Crescent Moon Inn responsible for injury to persons or damage to personal property that may occur while using Crescent Moon Inn facilities.
• Un-returned room keys, other missing property, or any damage will be charged to your account upon checkout ($50 charge).
• The Crescent Moon Inn has a No Smoking policy.
• Animals by permission only, and when allowed assume a pet fee.
• No Smoking in all units and no pets allowed in upper units. Fee is $500 for each violation.
• Late check-out after 11:00 a.m. Fee is 50% of one night stay price.
• For anyone who does not abide by these guidelines, the Crescent Moon Inn Reserves the right to terminate the stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND NON-ARRIVAL

• Once a reservation has been finalized any cancellation will result in a 5% charge of the total stay. (Per Room Reserved)
• Cancellation within two weeks of Reservation Check-in Date: 50% charge of the total stay.
• Cancellation within 48 hours of Reservation Check-in Date or non-arrivals:  100% charge of the total stay, No refunds.
• Early departures will not receive a refund.  Once you have checked-in, all sales are final.
• Month long stays require a $500 non-refundable deposit. This will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled.
